Refund policy
60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Order the DRYVN™ Tension, train with it, and put it through real sessions. If it isn't for you, request a return or exchange within 60 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the product price. Using the product does not void this guarantee — that's the point of it.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Returns must be initiated within 60 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- The product can be used. We don't require it to be unworn or in original packaging.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer support at hello@dryvn.com.co or +1 (800) 913-3189 with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
- Ship the item(s) back to the address we provide.
- Once we receive the returned item(s), we process your refund or exchange.
Refunds:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method for the full product price.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the desired item is out of stock, a refund is issued instead.
Return Shipping Costs:
- For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for return shipping. The product price is refunded in full, with no restocking fee.
- If an item arrives damaged or defective, we cover the cost — see below.
Damaged or Defective on Arrival:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with photos of the product. We arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, including shipping.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Certain items, such as gift cards and clearance items, may be non-returnable. This is indicated on the product page.

6-Month Defect Guarantee
Every DRYVN™ product is backed for 6 months against manufacturing defects. This guarantee is in addition to the 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee above.
What's Covered:
- Defects in materials or workmanship on any part of the product — for example, a bad weld, a split seam, or a clip that won't hold.
- Coverage lasts 6 months from the date of delivery.
What's Not Covered:
- Normal wear. The tension lines are made of natural latex, which is a consumable: with real load, sweat, and time it gradually wears and will eventually need replacing. That is expected wear, not a defect, and is not covered — even within the 6 months. Worn tension lines and leg straps are replaceable on their own — normal wear means a low-cost refresh, not a new set. Hardware (bar, ankle cuffs, buckles, ports) carries no consumable wear and is covered for defects only.
- Cosmetic wear, such as surface marks, fading, or minor scuffs.
- Damage from misuse, abuse, accident, improper storage, or modification.
- Products not purchased from dryvn.com.co or an authorized DRYVN™ seller.
- Commercial or rental use. This guarantee covers personal training use.
Why There's No "Lifetime Warranty":
- Lifetime warranties on resistance gear almost always exclude normal wear in the fine print, so they don't pay out when a band actually wears down. We don't put a promise on the box that the fine print takes back. A real 6-month defect guarantee you can count on is the trade we made on purpose.
How to Make a Claim:
- Contact us at hello@dryvn.com.co or +1 (800) 913-3189 with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the affected part.
- Our team will verify the claim and provide return instructions and the return address.
Resolution:
- For a valid defect claim, we repair or replace the affected product at no charge, including shipping. If it is unavailable, we provide an equivalent or, at our discretion, issue a refund for that product.
Transferability:
- This guarantee applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
This policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
