DRYVN™ Guarantee

Backed by honesty, not fine print.

Most brands promise you forever and bury the exceptions in the fine print. We do the opposite. Here is exactly what we stand behind, in plain language, with nothing hidden.

60 days to change your mind.

Order the DRYVN™ Tension, train with it, and put it through real sessions. If it isn't for you, send it back within 60 days for a full refund of the product price. One email starts it — no forms to chase, no case to argue. Return shipping is on you; the refund is on us. We don't make you justify the decision.

No "lifetime" badge. Just coverage that actually pays.

Covered — manufacturing defects. For 6 months, if any part arrives faulty or fails because it was built wrong — a bad weld, a split seam, a clip that won't hold — we replace it. That's on us.

Not covered — normal wear. The tension lines are made of natural latex. Latex is a consumable: with real load, sweat, and time, it gradually wears and will eventually need replacing. That isn't a fault — it's the material doing its job until it can't. We won't pretend otherwise, and we won't sell you a "forever" warranty on something built to be used up.

    "Why there's no Lifetime Guarantee?"

You'll see lifetime warranties stamped on resistance gear all over the internet. Read the fine print and you'll find the same thing every time: normal wear isn't covered. So the lifetime badge sounds like protection, but the moment a band actually wears out, it doesn't pay.

We're not going to put a word on the box that the fine print takes back. A real 6-month defect guarantee you can count on beats a "lifetime" promise you'd have to argue for. That's the trade we made on purpose.

    Short FAQ

How long will the tension lines last? With regular training, expect roughly a year or more before a line should be retired — in line with quality natural latex anywhere. Heat, direct sun, and leaving it stretched all shorten that. Store it cool and dry and inspect before each session.

A line snapped. What do I do? First, safety: always check your lines before training and never release a loaded band. If a line fails inside the 6-month window from a manufacturing fault, we replace it. If it's worn from normal use, that's expected wear and isn't covered by the defect guarantee.

Can I get a refund after 60 days? The money-back window is 60 days from delivery. After that, you're covered by the 6-month defect guarantee above, not a refund.

Do I have to pay to send something back? Yes — return shipping is your responsibility. Once the return arrives, we refund the full product price. No restocking fee, no deductions beyond the shipping you paid to send it back.

We'd rather earn the second purchase than win the first one with a promise we can't keep.
