Is it worth $109.90?

Do I need a door, a wall, or anything to anchor it?

No. You're the anchor — step onto the belt and your bodyweight holds it. No door, no drilling, no hardware. That's the point: nothing stands between you and the first rep.

How much resistance does it actually give?

Three bands, stacked to 200 lbs of combined tension. Light enough for a warm-up, heavy enough that you stop thinking of it as a band. You change the load by stacking, not by swapping equipment.

What if it snaps?
